Refund Policy — Warranty

In the event that a product has a manufacturing defect, we are happy to offer an exchange for the same item or one of equal value, subject to availability. To arrange the exchange, the customer must contact us within 7 business days of receiving the product, attaching evidence of the defect.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer money refunds. We appreciate your understanding that exchanges will be made only in situations related to manufacturing defects.

Defect: DOES NOT INCLUDE DAMAGE CAUSED TO THE PRODUCT BY IMPROPER CARE/USE
